Built by someone who's been on both sides of the roster.
With a background in data engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning, we have built professional production pipelines, trained models, and turned messy data into products that actually work. On top of that, we have been floor managers at one of the biggest hospitality venues in Utrecht.
At HorecaRooster, we know what a roster of 30+ staff, 3 departments, and multiple locations at once looks like on a Friday evening at 7pm when two people call in sick. We also know how to build software that doesn't fall apart under pressure. HorecaRooster is where those two things meet.
There's no growth team here optimizing for upgrade conversions. Just a product built to be genuinely useful for people running small Dutch venues — because I've been one of those people.
